Great experience! We did a cooking class and made fried poblano peppers, guacamole, pico de gallo, tortillas. They took us to the market to pick out the ingredients we’ll cook with, a local bakery and we even made our own margaritas with fresh lime. The food was delicious and the experience was even better. Must do in Cabo San Lucas!
My fiance and I had been desperately been trying to find an authentic Mexican restaurant for a week. A few of our fellow resort friends recommended we go here. We walked in on our last night in Cabos and saw there was a private cooking class happening, I was afraid we weee going to be turned away. we were greeted by an amazing lady and told her we wanted to experience authentic food. She immediately pulled up a table and made us feel welcome to the end. We even ended up mingling and celebrating fiesta style with the private party. After they left we even had our own private tequila tasting. This is what service is about, the warm welcome and genuine care for what we were looking for. Love this place! Keep up the great work.
We did a cooking class with market shopping, tortilla factory and cooking instructions. It was Fantastic and the food we all made was delicious! Music and margaritas were amazing! All the many chefs were awesome! One of the Best activities in Cabo! Thank you all so much!
The food was amazing! My husband and I ordered the pizza, tacos, and my favorite part the lobster and steak, I think it was called the surf and turf. The flavors were amazing!!! It’s a must! Not only was the food super delicious and fresh, the service was also great!
We LOVE Mercabo! We were in Cabo for 2 weeks and started our trip with a cooking class that met here before heading off to the market and then to cook. From the moment we met Isi he was more than just a good host, he and his family quickly became family! We came back a handful of times over our two weeks and loved the food, design, and atmosphere SO MUCH that we shifted our wedding reception here. It was the first reception they'd hosted and they BLEW THE ROOF OFF! It was more than we could have ever asked for, the food was amazing and never stopped, and never disappointed, the cake, churros, drinks, and most of all the HOST made this an unforgettable, and UNBEATABLE night! You absolutely MUST go to MERCABO! It is second-to-none, easily some of the best food we have ever had in Cabo, great atmosphere, great people, great prices - we can't say enough GREAT things about this place!
I had the pleasure of dining at Mercabo in Cabo recently and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with open arms by the owner, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere of the restaurant was lively and energetic, with groups of people cooking and dancing as the DJ played music in the background. It was clear that this was a place where people came to have a good time and enjoy themselves. As for the food, the tacos and enchiladas were both delicious. The flavors were bold and fresh, and the portions were generous. I particularly appreciated the fact that the ingredients seemed to be of high quality, which really enhanced the overall taste of the dishes. All in all, I would highly recommend Mercabo to anyone looking for a fun and flavorful dining experience in Cabo. The owner and staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the food was top-notch. It's definitely a restaurant that I will be returning to in the future.
Mercado is where we began our walking food tour with David. Great food and a great little place! It is just off the beaten path and someplace you would go to as an out of town tourist, however highly recommended! The food and drinks were amazing, highly recommended and we will go back next time in Cabo! Tequila tasting there with Jorge was also fun and informative. Also left with a couple bottles!
